Cancellation policy

• Cancellation of the entire reservation 45 days before the start of the course is free of charge, unless other deadlines have been agreed in the contract. After 45 days, 50% of the reserved arrangement will be charged.

• Up to 5 days before the start of the course, individual arrangements can be reduced without incurring costs, e.g. from full board to half board.

• From 10 days before the start of the course, 70% of the reserved service will be charged for each canceled arrangement (accommodation and meals), unless other deadlines have been agreed in the contract.
